摘要 FIELD: food-canning industry. SUBSTANCE: invention is designated for production of preserves and can be used in food-canning industry. Method involves package of solid components and pouring liquid into container. As the supplement inhibiting digestion of dried vegetable components the preparation is added to pouring liquid prepared from biomass of micromycetes Mortierella minutissima by the known technology. Then preserves are sealed and sterilized. This technology allows enhancement of color fastness of preserves. EFFECT: improved production method.
