<p>A machine for winding wire on a toroidal core, enabling to form a common mode toroidal coil in which wire is wound counterclockwise on a half of the toroidal core and clockwise on the remaining half. The machine has a device (6) for holding a toroidal core in a sandwiching manner, a toroidal core swing device (50), a first wire-end chuck device (25), a wire connection device (4), and a roller (28) that conducts an elliptical orbit (EO) around the device for holding a toroidal core in a sandwiching manner. The machine comprises a wire winding device (3) for guiding wire on the lower face side of the toroidal core to the upper face side of the toroidal core, a second wire-end chuck device (40) for holding in a sandwiching manner an end portion of the wire on the side opposite to the first wire-end chuck device with respect to a face (S) where the elliptical orbit is formed, and a wire cutter device (45).</p> |
