PURPOSE: A self-charging electric vehicle is provided to allow for a long-time travel of the vehicle, while preventing an environmental contamination and reducing costs. CONSTITUTION: A self-charging electric vehicle comprises generators(30) mounted on left and right sides of the rear wheel of the vehicle, wherein each of the generators has a shaft(32); a rear beam(40); a back plate(60); a spindle hub(50); a brake drum(66); a through hole(82) for passage of the end of extended portion of the shaft of the generator; and a gear(80) engaged with the ring gear arranged at the extended portion of the brake drum.
