PURPOSE: Provided is tumor and fat treatment device which eliminates the tumor or fat safely without surgery. It uses heat movement through high radio frequency and does not need cooling water like the case of direct heat treatment. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: a high RF wave output equipment(100) generating a high RF signal which induces heat movement; a delivering cable(102) combined with the high RF wave output device for high RF wave signal; an RF electrode(106) combined with the delivery cable which radiates the high RF wave signal to the tumor or fat in the body; and an information judging part which sends test current or test voltage to the tumor or fat to find out its status.
