PURPOSE: A form assembling device is provided to remove a gap remaining unit cleanly by turning a rotating screw pipe to the left and separating the gap remaining unit with separating a mold and turning a tightening bolt to the left. CONSTITUTION: An assembling unit is installed between both forms(1,2) to keep the regular interval, and composed of a fixing bolt(3) and a tightening bolt(7). An annular groove and an annular fitting sill are formed in an external thread(3b) opposite to a fixing part(3a) of the fixing bolt. A screw pipe is fitted around the external thread, and the center of the screw pipe and the fitting sill are combined with the annular groove and the annular fitting sill. An assembling part having recesses and projections is formed around the outer protruded pipe of the screw pipe. A gap remaining unit(5) is composed of a rotation restricting protrusion(5c), an assembling sill and a screw part, and inserted to the screw pipe. Recesses and projections(7d) are formed around an internal thread in an assembling part of the tightening bolt, and the rotating screw pipe is combined with the tightening bolt.
