Manual dishwashing spray head with water and soap controls

A hand held pistol-grip shape spray device having an elongated nozzle portion and a handle portion. The handle has two front upper and lower triggers operated by two fingers of one hand to selectively dispense from the front end of the nozzle portion a rinsing liquid from a retractable hose connected to the handle from a liquid supply source and/or a soap liquid from a capped refillable soap reservoir within the handle while the thumb remains wrapped around part of the handle. The upper trigger operates a valve for controlling rinsing liquid flow and the lower trigger operates a pump within the soap reservoir for dispensing soap. A swivel connection is provided between the supply hose and the spray device handle. The spray device may be mounted in a conventional spray head kitchen sink opening or it may be provided with its own mounting base forming a unitary structure for connection to hot and cold liquid sources and having a hose-retracting aperture and an integral manually operated temperature control mixing valve solely for supplying rinsing liquid at a selectable temperature to the hose of the spray device. The base may further include a momentary auxiliary valve with spigot for filling a drinking glass. The nozzle portion has a variety of non-rotatable quick-release latched scouring brush accessories, including a pet brush with flexible knobby bristle-like projections, a detachable porous abrasive scouring accessory device and and an elongated bulbous-tipped brush with omni-directional bristles at its distal end whereby the combined length of the nozzle portion and brush enable cleaning the entire length of a tall glass or quart size mason jar. Alternative spray device mountings include a diverting valve unit in series with a conventional bathroom shower head with a supply hose of sufficient length for human or pet bathing and to reach and scour all wall portions of a shower stall.
