The screw (5) clamp for insulated and stripped electric conductors comprises teeth (1A) for cutting through conductor insulation. The teeth are so formed, at least at contact point (1) for conductor to be connected, that the cut insulation is taken-up between the teeth. The clamp consists of two frames, inserted into each other. One is rigidly fitted to electric apparatus and the second, movable, box-shaped frame contains on its top side screw thread for clamping screw, by which the frames are mutually fixed.
