摘要 A method for obtaining pectin from the sugar beet bagasse includes the termohydrolysis of unfrozen or dried up bagasse by sulphuric acid at the temperature of 65-90 DEGREE C, separation of filtrate with the subsequent isolation of the special purpose product. The invention allows to get pectins from sugar beet bagasse with improved consuming properties at the high output of the finished product.
