The valve (1) has a shutter (12) with a control rod (16) connected to a first, automatic actuator (18) to open and close it, and connected mechanically to a second, manual actuator (30). It also has a knob (31) that allows the automatic actuator control (20) to be shortcircuited and neutralised manually. The automatic actuator is in the form of a piston moving in a chamber (19a) and controlled by a fluid inlet which is closed by a shutter (34) to short-circuit it.
