<p>The invention relates to aralkyl-alcohol piperazine derivatives (I), compositions containing them, and their uses in the preparation of antidepressant. The pharmacological experiments show that they display favorable dual inhibition for the reuptake of central system monoamine transmitter, and also display favorable antidepressive activity and low side effects.</p> |
