STRUCTURE FOR HEAT INSULATION OF GAS RADIATION OVEN RANGE

PURPOSE: A structure for heat insulation of a gas radiation oven range is provided to prevent safety accident by preventing hot exhaust gas from heating non-cooking area of a ceramic glass. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust outlet cover(300) is installed on an upper side of an exhaust channel(103) between a ceramic glass(102) and a burner housing(104) to cut off heating of a lower side of the ceramic glass due to hot exhaust gas discharged through the exhaust channel. The exhaust outlet cover is installed to prevent heating of non-cooking area of the ceramic glass due to the hot exhaust gas by insulating the non-cooking area of the ceramic glass placed on the upper side of the burner housing except for cooking area. The exhaust outlet cover is made of heat insulating material with very low heat conductivity. Safety accident occurring as a user contacts with the non-cooking area is prevented thereby. Alternatively, separate heat insulating material is interposed between the exhaust outlet cover and the ceramic glass to insulate heat.
