<p>A multi-element folded optical train is provided for the increase of magnification of an optical microscope. The apparatus includes a plurality of reflective elements (30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40) arranged to provide a continuous optical path through each of the reflective elements. The apparatus is employed as an intermediary between the objective (14) and eyepiece (12) of the optical microscope such that light from the objective passes through the various reflective elements and to the eyepiece.</p> |
