PURPOSE: Oil seal structure for a power steering pump of a vehicle is provided to improve performance of the power steering pump by preventing early wear of a shaft contact portion of the oil seal and restricting oil leakage and inflow of foreign matters. CONSTITUTION: A rotor having plural vanes is installed in a pump body, and the end of a shaft is protruded out of the pump body. The other end of the shaft is combined with the rotor, and an oil seal is formed in the pump body to restrict oil leakage. Plural screw oil guide grooves(21a) are formed around an inner inclined surface(21) of the shaft contact portion in the reverse direction of the shaft, and an outer inclined surface(22) is formed outside the inner inclined surface. Plural screw foreign matter guide grooves(22a) are formed around the outer inclined surface in the rotation direction of the shaft. The life span is extended by preventing wear of the shaft contact portion with restricting oil leakage and inflow of foreign matters.
