SUBSTANCE: polypeptide comprises 100 amino acids, not above, and involves the sequence: Thr-X4-Lys-X5-Arg-X6, wherein X4 and X5 can mean Met, Ile, Leu, Val; X6 can mean Asn, Asp, Gln, Glu. Polypeptide shows at least one of the following property: it induces suppression of IL-1beta, induces formation of protein by human monocytes, induces hemotaxis migration of CD8+-T-lymphocytes, desensitizes CD8+-T-cells, inhibits hemotaxis response of human monocytes, it doesn't inhibit expression of molecules of class MHC II on monocytes, it induces formation of IL-4 and reduces formation of alpha-TNF. Invention relates to pharmaceutical composition for modulation of immune response in mammal and contains polypeptide IL-10 with similar properties. Invention provides the development of agents used for treatment of diseases pathogenesis of that's is associated with alteration of function of immunosuppression mediators.
