A support plate (1) which can slide on a work plane has a door (3) mounted on runners and two hatches (2). A support in the shape of a chute allows dustbin bags to be clipped. The unit is fitted with a foldable bag support trolley (15) composed of a metal wire basket (8) above which are notches used for positioning, separating and holding the bags vertical. The unit is mounted on pivoting castors (5) and a bag support (10) pivots upwards.
