At a refrigerator (10) box having an inner shell (12) of plastic, an outer shell (14) of plastic, a heat insulation of foam plastic (24) located between the shells, and a plate-formed evaporator (30), a window is taken up in a vertical side (28) of the inner shell (12). The evaporator (30) is mounted in the window so that the surface (34) of the evaporator facing the storage space (36) of the box is located in the same plane as and forms a smooth transition to said side (28). The foam plastic (24) adheres to the rear side (40) of the evaporator (30) and keeps the evaporator on place in the window. |
