PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric ceramic composition which has a high dielectric constant, a high Q-value, and a small temperature coefficient of the resonance frequency, in the microwave scope, and can be sintered at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION:This dielectric ceramic composition is obtained by mixing at least one or more oxides of elements selected from Si, Li, Na, K, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Sn, and W, or at least one or more oxides of elements selected from Al, Ti, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, and Yb, to a main component including a bismuth oxide, a calcium oxide, a niobium oxide, and a copper component, at a specific ratio, making into a composition including the adding oxide of 1 pts.wt. or less, and then by sintering the mixture. |
