PURPOSE: An embossing and cutting device of facial cotton is characterized by supplying continuously textile thereof on maintaining proper tension and setting a center, maintaining patterns and qualities properly, increasing facilities, decreasing labor cost, tapering sides of the patterns to clear the embossed patterns and preventing origination of fluff and transformation on using the facial cotton. CONSTITUTION: The embossing and cutting device of the facial cotton is comprised of: an embossing device(1100) embossing the textile supplied from a textile supplying device(2000); a slitting device cutting the embossed textile in the horizontal direction; a final cutting device(1300) cutting the cut textile in the vertical direction; a motor(1400) supplying power to the embossing device(1100), the slitting device and the final cutting device(1300); a housing(1500) containing the embossing device(1100), the slitting device, the final cutting device(1300) and the motor(1400); the textile supplying device(2000) maintaining tension of the textile and supplying continuously the textile to the embossing and cutting device(1000); and a central control unit(3000) controlling the embossing and cutting device(1000) and the textile supplying device(2000).
