APPARATUS FOR DETECTING TROUBLE OF SCREEN IN SINTERING LINE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for detecting trouble of screen in sintering line is provided to improve operating efficiency of facility and remove danger of safety accident by measuring the amplitude during vibration of the screen to judge whether or not there is something wrong with the screen, informing disorder of operator and turning off scraper. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for detecting trouble of screen(6) for sorting the cooled sintered ore per sizes by receiving cooled sintered ore from cooler(5) through conveyor belt, the apparatus for detecting trouble of the screen in sintering line comprises a vibration detecting part(50) for outputting frequency signal corresponding to the detected amplitude of the screen by detecting amplitude of the screen; a frequency/voltage conversion part(51) for converting output signal of the vibration detecting part into voltage signal; a filter part(52) for filtering signals outputted from the frequency/voltage conversion part; first comparison part(53) for comparing output voltage of the filter part with first and second set values; an output delay part(54) for outputting comparison output signal of the first comparison part after delaying the comparison output signal for an already set period of time; second comparison part(55) for detecting when voltage signal is larger than the third set value, and driving motor of cooler is operated by comparing voltage outputted from the filter part with third set value; a signal input part(56) for impressing the received operation signal to the second comparison part by receiving operation signal of the driving motor of the cooler; and an output part(57) for outputting signal of amplitude drop alarm, stopping signals of the screen(6) and belt(5a) and scraper operating signal of the cooler depending on the extent that the amplitude of the screen is dropped from a standard value according to outputs of the output delay part and second comparison part.
