PURPOSE: A device for lapping a barrel is provided to improve working efficiency and precision by automatically lapping semispherical products such as the sliding surface of the barrel. CONSTITUTION: A turntable(120) is fixed to the top of a rotary shaft(121) rotatably supported on the center of a base(110), and has a gear unit(122). A workpiece(200) is detachably installed at the upper surface of the turntable. A pinion gear(130) is engaged with the gear unit, and has a rotary motor(131). A supporter(140) is installed at one side of the base. A rotary member(150) is rotatably installed horizontally along a rotary shaft(142) of a rotary motor(141) installed at the top of the supporter. An arm(160) is coupled with the middle part of the rotary member. A pot block(162b) is detachably installed at the lower part of the arm, and has a shape corresponding to the sliding surface of the workpiece. A cutting oil injection unit(170) injects cutting oil into the workpiece and the sliding surface of the port block.
