PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a desired processing shape is not obtained because of an error of frequency matching the number of revolutions of a spindle occurring in a position deviation of each axis when the spindle revolves at high speed since each axis operates independently in an electric system of a conventional processing machine. SOLUTION: Each of position control CPUs creates a cyclic signal matching a revolving cycle of a spindle motor, adjusts timing to output the cyclic signal created by matching a phase of a deviation error signal by a cyclic disturbance and a phase of a cyclic signal created in accordance with the revolving cycle and adjusts the size of the cyclic signal so created as to null or minimize the deviation error signal by the cyclic disturbance.
