PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a plasma display panel equipped with a baking process capable of well baking a panel structural body by alleviating oscillation and shock exerted on the panel structural body during conveyance, in the backing process of the plasma display panel of baking a substrate equipped with the panel structural body while conveying it. SOLUTION: A substrate 3 equipped with a panel structural body 2 is conveyed by a conveying means 5 structured by selectively arranging a plurality of rollers 7 so as to have a run-out width between adjacent rollers 7 within a given range. With this, the substrate 3 is smoothly conveyed without rolling up and down, so that the panel structural body 2 is baked in a good condition. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
