PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely control secondary side pressure. SOLUTION: A bleeding flow path 37 is partitioned from a feedback chamber 62 through the use of an adaptor 47. A mobile shaft 60 formed in a holding body 54 is slidably put through a guide hole 61 formed in the partitioning part 47a.
