PROJECT RISK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a project risk management system evaluating an influence quantity fitted to the actual situation when evaluating the influence quantity that the contents of an amendment/change of a process planning affects on another process planning.

SOLUTION: When the process planning to be planned and executed is amended based on process amendment conditions, a fluctuation of each process based on the process amendment conditions is calculated as a probability distribution using probability distribution data placing the fluctuation estimate value of each process as the probability distribution. The influence quantity of the amendment of some process on the other process is not a simple dispersion of a fluctuation fixed value but can be estimated according to the attribute information of the process and the fluctuation pattern of the past processes so as to be fitted to the actual situation.
