PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operating efficiency by reducing concrete placing works on a yard. SOLUTION: Swash plates 7 are made of PC concrete, and composed of a plurality of main girders 71 installed on jackets 4 so as to have an up-grade, a plurality of cross beams 72 connecting each main girder 71 and floor boards 73 mounted in parallel cross-shaped space sections 31 formed by the main girders 71 and the cross beams 72. A large number of reinforcements 17, 18, 22, 23, 24 and 25 are projected previously for forming the joining sections 26 of the main girders, the cross beams and the floor boards, and the jackets 74 are placed temporarily on the yard 30 on the coast. The main girders 71 are secured on the jackets, the cross beams 72 are set up on brackets 15 fitted on the side faces of the main girders 71 and a grout 27 is injected to the joining sections 26 of the main girders and the cross beams and fixed. The floor boards 73 are attached on the brackets 21, and the grout 27 is injected to the joining sections 26, thus forming the swash plates 7 on the jackets 74. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
