PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for enhancing heat insulating properties by using a foamed polyethylene terephthalate (hereinbelow referred to as foamed PET) and making the coating thickness of a topcoat layer for protecting a pattern layer thicker than before to prevent damage at the time of lamination. SOLUTION: The foamed PET substrate is used to form the decorative sheet having heat insulating properties and the topcoat layer for protecting the pattern layer is made thick to form the decorative sheet preventing the damage of the pattern layer of the decorative sheet at the time of lamination with a fire- resistant board, a water resistant board or an iron foil. A pattern layer such as a grain pattern, a picture pattern or the like is provided on the surface of the foamed PET substrate and the topcoat layer for protecting the pattern layer to cover the surface thereof is thickly provided.
