PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus that can be applied to the detection of a three-dimensional object by locally correcting a distance image affected by vibration and creating an appropriate distance image regarding a target. SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus having an object 404 to be measured, a distance measurement means A01 for acquiring distance images regarding the object 404, and a support means A03 for supporting the distance measurement means A01 comprises: a vibration measurement means 101 for measuring vibration data 103 in the distance measurement means A01 without accompanying the relative position change with the distance measurement means A01; and a distance image correction image 102 for correcting the vibration of the distance image A02 according to the distance image A02 and the vibration data 103, thus correcting the distance image A02 by the distance image correction means 102 from the vibration data 103 measured by the vibration measurement means 101.
