PURPOSE: A fuel feed method of a direct liquid feed fuel battery and a direct liquid feed fuel battery device applying the method are provided, to allow a liquid fuel to be stored to a high energy density and to eliminate a fuel mixer. CONSTITUTION: The direct liquid feed fuel battery comprises an electrolyte membrane(110), and an anode(130) where a liquid fuel is feed and a cathode(120) where air is feed, which are placed at the both sides of the electrolyte membrane. The fuel feed method comprises the steps of flowing a liquid fuel and water, respectively, through two independent flowing paths(141, 142) corresponding to the anode without mixing; feeding the flowing liquid fuel and water to the anode, respectively; and mixing the liquid fuel and water separately fed to the anode, at the anode. Preferably the liquid fuel is methanol. |
