PURPOSE: An X-ray projection device is provided to precisely measure a stereoscopic image passing through an object through an oblique angle view by allowing an image magnifying tube to rotate on a guide rail. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray projection device includes a mounting table(200) for fixing an object to be inspected and an image magnifying device(400). The mounting table(200) is rotated through 360 Deg. by means of a driving device provided on a base plate. The driving device has a plurality of idle pulleys provided on the base plate, a plurality of rotating pulleys provided at a lower portion of the mounting table(200), a belt positioned between the idle pulleys and the rotating pulleys, and a belt motor for rotating the belt. In order to operate the image magnifying device(400), a revolution operating device(500) having an arc-shaped guide rail(552) and a rotation operating device(600) are provided.
