PREPARATION METHOD OF CHITOSAN-ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID (ASPIRIN) SALT COMPOUND AND CHITOSAN-ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SALT COMPOUND THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a chitosan-acetylsalicylic acid salt compound and a chitosan-acetylsalicylic acid salt compound prepared by the method are provided, to improve the stability for allowing a uniform amount of aspirin to be released. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of dissolving acetylsalicylic acid to water of 20-50 deg.C to prepare 0.1-10 wt% acetylsalicylic acid aqueous solution; dissolving 1-10 wt% of chitosan with a molecular weight of 1,000-2,000,000 g/mol and a degree of deacetylation of 50-99 % to the acetylsalicylic acid aqueous solution to prepare a chitosan aqueous solution; and maturing the chitosan aqueous solution at 0-60 deg.C for 12 hours during 100 days. The chitosan-acetylsalicylic acid salt compound comprises chitosan and acetylsalicylic acid in the ratio of 10:90 - 70:30 by weight.
