The molar ratio (x) of Mg which accounts for the total of element (L) and Mg is 0.008≤x≤0.54, the molar ratio (y) of Ni in relation to the total of element (L) and Mg is 1.6≤y≤4, the molar ratio (α) of Al in relation to the total of element (L) and Mg is 0.008≤α≤0.32, and the molar ratio (&bgr;) of element (Ma) in relation to the total of element (L) and Mg is 0.01≤&bgr;≤0.12.
