<p>Germicide contains as active ingredient cpds. of general formula: R1-NHC(NH)-R2 (where R2 is alkyl; and R1 is phenyl or naphthyl, non-substd. or having one or two substs. selected from Cl, alkyl, nitro or alkoxyl) or salts thereof. They have superior germicidal action on various harmful microorganisms generated or parasitic on cultivated crops, especially on microorganisms causing powdery mildew without exhibiting phytotoxicity on the crops, e.g. oxalate, sulphate and HCl.</p> |
