PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a printed matter with a pattern having visual cubic effects by combining a specified printing technique with a low cost printing technique as a base such as an offset printing for producing a flat printing surface and a process printing. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the printed matter with the pattern having visual cubic effects includes a process for forming a flat printing surface by printing a pattern on a printing material and a process for forming a transparent ink layer with a surface shape having a shape and a thickness nearly similar to a solid shape to be represented on the pattern.
