PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow application favorable for micro-sampling carried out by sampling, for example, 50μm or less of sample, in combination of a stereoscopic microscope/a CCD camera and a monitor/a micro-manipulator/an ultra-micro- knife. SOLUTION: The sampling micro-knife for industrial use capable of cutting and separating the sample having 1μm-100μm of size from a specimen is provided with a blade formed of a material having 6 or more of Moh's hardness, and capable of cutting and separating the sample having 50μm or less of size, and is formed with a recess in a portion adjacent to an edge of the blade.
