PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating system wherein a relay is provided in a room without impairing the interior appearance, and the man-hour of construction is reduced. SOLUTION: This floor heating system 1 has: a floor heating panel 3 having a hot water passage 3a laid on the lower side of a floor finishing material 14 to carry hot water; a control unit 4 for controlling the operation of the floor heating system 1; a remote controller 5 for transmitting an operation control command for the floor heating system 1 by a radio signal; and the relay 6 for receiving the radio signal from the remote controller 5 and transmitting it to the control unit 4. Since the relay 6 is arranged on the lower side from the floor finishing material 14, the interior appearance is not impaired, or the work of drilling a hole in a wall for the wire distribution between the relay 6 and the control unit 4 is dispensed with to reduce the man-hour of construction.
