PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer resin composition mainly comprising a thermoplastic urethane elastomer excellent in molding processability, softness, and resistance to uneven gloss, and to provide a molded article obtained therefrom. SOLUTION: This elastomer resin composition contains (A) 55-95 wt.% thermoplastic urethane elastomer, (B) 1-20 wt.% copolymer of ethylene and (meth) acrylic acid or its salt, and (C) 4-40 wt.% polar group-containing thermoplastic elastomer composition.
