PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing utensil having a magnet which fixes a paper piece or the like to a steel board or the like wherein the magnet does not slip off from recesses even when an adhesive is not used for fixing the magnet, and also, to provide the fixing utensil of which the cost can be reduced by reducing the manufacturing processes because an aluminum sheet for hiding the adhesive is not required. SOLUTION: The recesses are formed on the rear surface of this fixing utensil, and the magnet is fitted in the recesses, and the front surface of the magnet and the rear surface of the fixing utensil form approximately the same plane, and the adhesive is not inserted between magnet and the recesses. Then, an adhesive sheet which is wider than the recesses is pasted on the total surface of the front surface of the magnet and at least on the recess peripheral parts on the rear surface of the fixing utensil.
