PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable ink jet head with high productivity by assembling two fine components constituting a piezoelectric element system ink jet head while adjusting the position with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The method for assembling first and second fine components by detecting reference marks for detecting position provided at the corresponding positions thereof and adjusting the position between both fine components based on the detection results comprises a step for feeding the components, a step for applying adhesive, a step for applying temporary fixing adhesive, a step for detecting the position of the first fine component, a positional movement step at the initial stage of detection, a step for detecting the position of the second fine component, a step for adjusting the position, a bonding step, a temporary stopping step, an exit position moving step, a discharge step, and a carrying step.
