PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete plant transport vehicle suitable for manufacturing a small quantity of ready mixed concrete having a predetermined quality or a mortar at a job site by transporting water and sand, gravel, cement and a small-sized concrete mixer vehicle at once to the site. SOLUTION: The concrete plant transport vehicle comprises: a crawler self- propelled traveling unit 2 integrally mounting a concrete mixer 4 supported with a tank 13 to be laterally rotated to the travelling direction, a dump 7 tiltably supported at a rear deck 5 for loading a material by a cylinder 6, and a water tank 8.
