PURPOSE: An electrolyzer for separately producing oxygen and hydrogen gases is provided which reduces volume of a sealing part and the electrolyzer by simplifying the structure of an electrolytic cell, and protects the collecting passage from the external impact and reduces an installation space by forming an electrolytic gas collecting passage inside the frame. CONSTITUTION: The electrolyzer for separately producing oxygen and hydrogen gases comprises a partition wall(103) dividing first and second chambers; through holes which are connected to the first and second chambers and formed on the partition wall(103); a solution permeable film(161) which is installed at the partition wall(103) so as to prevent coming in and out of bubbles through the through holes; a unit frame(137) which is formed along the outer circumferential surface of the partition wall(103) and consisted of an outer wall that is integrally formed with the partition wall; and electrodes which are installed between the unit frames(137), and form electrolytic cells along with the first and second chambers of the unit frame, wherein the electrolyzer further comprises first and second collecting passages(107,109) which are integrally formed on the outer wall; a first collecting hole connecting the first chamber and the first collecting passage(107); and a second collecting hole connecting the second chamber and the second collecting passage(109).
