PURPOSE: A device for frequency of an instrument sound of an electronic regulator is provided to minimize loss of counting generated in counting pulses of an instrument sound, thereby measuring frequency of the instrument sound through precise resolution and realizing more accurate tuning. CONSTITUTION: A reference pulse generator(10) generates a reference pulse for ordering a certain measuring time. A measuring pulse generator(20) generates measuring pulses having a certain frequency. A synchronizer(30) synchronizes pulses of an instrument sound with the measuring pulses. A measuring pulse counter(40) measures the number of the measuring pulses output from the synchronizer. An input pulse counter(50) measuring the number of the pulses of the instrument sound output from the synchronizer. A frequency calculator(60) calculates frequency of the instrument sound from a reference time calculated from the number of the measuring pulse, and the number of the pluses of the instrument sound.
