PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation apparatus which permits easy taking of a memorandom while displaying a navigation screen at a speech time, can display the memorandom on the screen and can utilize memorandom information and which has a convenience and good handleability for the user. SOLUTION: The navigation apparatus which can connect a communication means 19 comprises call originating and receiving decision means 10 for deciding whether the call originating or receiving of the means 19 exists or not; and a display control means 17 for dividing a display screen 18a into a memorandum screen 32 which can display the contents of the memorandum input via an input means and the navigation screen 33 and displaying the screens when it is determined to have the call originating or receiving of the means 19 by the decision means.
