PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sufficient cylindrical roller bearing capable of realizing maintenance-free for a long period of time by feeding an oil content to a slide lubrication part between a cylindrical roller and a retainer for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The cylindrical roller bearing 31 is provided with an inner ring 33; an outer ring 35; a plurality of cylindrical rollers 37 rollable between these inner and outer rings 33, 35; a retainer 39 for circumferentially retaining the respective cylindrical rollers 37 with a predetermined space. A pair of outer ring flanges 43, 45 is projectedly provided on an inner peripheral surfaces at both axial ends of the outer ring 35. A pair of circumferential notch parts 47, 47 is formed on both axial ends of the retainer 39 opposed to respective inner peripheral surfaces of the outer ring flanges 43, 45. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
