PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition suppressed in deterioration of resistances to heat and oxidation. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises a styrenic resin (A), a layered inorganic material (B) modified with an organic onium salt and modified with a multiple bond-containing silane compound and an organic polymer (C) modified with at least one species of functional groups. The resin composition contains 0.1-40 mass% layered inorganic material (B) as inorganic ash and 0.5-20 mass% organic polymer (C) modified with at least one species of the functional groups.
