<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an IC tag which can generate a one-time password and is superior in security. <P>SOLUTION: When an IC card part 10 is connected to a terminal device, electric power is supplied to a power storage part 14, which stores the electric power. A CPU 11 generates a one-time password by using a memory 12 and the one-time password is written to a RAM 21. The RAM 21 holds the one-time password while supplied with electric power from the power storage part 14, but loses the one-time password when not supplied with the electric power. Therefore, when the storage part 14 is discharged, the one-time password held in the RAM 21 disappears to prevent illegal use. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
