The cable guide (4) is fitted to one end of a guide rail (1) by fixing means whose detent projection (6) engages in a recess in the guide rail. The projection is rigidly connected to the base body (5) of the cable guide and engages from one side of the guide rail into the recess (2) on which the stop part of the cable guide (4) is mounted. The detent projection has a detent incline (61) and detent edge (60) protruding perpendicularly from the base body to engage in the recess when the cable guide is connected to the guide rail.
