The special inventive tube provided with a fixing element and arranged inside a specific reservoir is developed as a device for extracting liquid from the reservoir in which it is disposed. The fixing element, the tube and a lid are embodied in such a way that they make it possible to close and open the reservoir (a bottle hereafter) containing said tube which is capable of folding and straightening. The lid is adapted to the bottle with tube and provided in the top part thereof with an empty cavity (8) in which the top section of the tube is arranged when the bottle with tube is closed. Said lid also comprises an internal boss (9) which ensures a sealed closure. The tube and the fixing element are fixed to each other as it is shown on Fig. 8 and, afterwards are arranged inside the bottle through the pouring hole thereof. The fixing element closes when it passes through the pouring hole inside the bottle, straightens out and rests upon special bosses (6) embodied in the bottle. The tube is provided with a special corrugation (4) which is embodied in such a way that when tightened, it smoothly bends the tube, thereby making the use of the inventive device comfortable.
