摘要 An electroluminescent element (I) with an electroluminescent layer (31) containing electroluminescent, doped crystalline particles, also contains nano-particles in layer (31). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) markings, especially runway or road markings, with an element (I) as above; (2) display devices with a matrix of elements (I); (3) a method for the use of (I), or the above markings or displays, in which the element is operated with a distribution voltage of more than 140 (preferably up to 600, especially up to 400) V and a voltage frequency of more than 500 (preferably up to 1200, especially 600-1000) Hz; (4) a method for the production of (I), especially electroluminescent film, by applying a first layer containing doped crystalline particles, nano-particles and a first monomer, applying a second layer with a second monomer and polymerizing the two monomers to form a chemical bond between the layers; and (5) an electroluminescent element, especially electroluminescent film, containing a polymerized dental monomer and nano-particles.
