POLYNUCLEOTIDES POLYPEPTIDES AND CANCER

SAN_O787 1, SAN_O399_3, SAN_O437_1, SAN_O437_4, and SAN_O817_1 polypeptides and polynucleotides and methods for producing such polypeptides by recombinant techniques are disclosed. SAN_0787_1 is of particular interest, since increased levels of expression are associated with liver cancer. Methods for diagnosing cancer, especially liver cancer, are provided, along with related aspects. Also disclosed are methods for utilizing SAN_O399_3, SAN_O437_1, SAN_O437_4 and SAN_O817_1, polypeptides and polynucleotides in the design of protocols and reagents for therapeutic treatments.
