The stand has a floor space defined by three horizontal folding feet, which can be placed at different relative angles by a folding hinge (3). A sliding bearing block (6) with eccentric plate (5) turned by a lever (4), is born on one of the feet. A counter bearing (2) with prism claws is joint to the hinge. One or more of the feed can be reinforced by pull-out extensions. The eccentric disc has a ring groove, and a mechanical brake mounted on its shaft. The mechanical load on the stand is measured via expansion measuring strips and electronic evaluation, with electricity supply via electrical accumulators.
